Refund Policy

Legal disclaimer

Refund on damaged items, partial or full at delivery can be issued . Refund based on damage must be requested within 3 day of delivery.  Customer will have to pay for shipping back item and upon receiving the item shipping cost will be refunded back to customer. 

Refund Policy - the basics
 

If customer changes mind and request a refund this must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the item and it must be in its original condition and free of damage. Customer will have to pay for shipping item back.

 

Refunds will be issued within 5 working days of receipt of the item if refund is accepted.  Funds may take 5 days from being issued to arrive back to your bank account.
