Legal disclaimer

Although Royal Mail tries its best to deliver items in time it may in some circumstances arrive slightly later by 1 day. Please do ensure you order a few days before the event to be on the safe side.

After order is made it will be sent out for delivery on that day if order is made before 1pm and it is a working day or a Saturday. If order is made after 1pm, it may not go out for delivery in time for next day delivery and will be sent out the next day.

Orders on Sunday and holidays such as Christmas or bank holiday will be sent out for delivery on Monday.

Next Working Day Delivery:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 is designed to deliver items the next working day after they are posted. To get next day delivery orders must be made during a working day and before 1pm.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver items within two to three working days, including Saturdays. It also offers options like Someplace delivery and neighbor delivery for added flexibility.

Purchases on weekends may arrive 2 days after order for Tracked 24 and 3 days after for Tracked 48.
